Conditions of booking it must be paid in full when you book the course .
Cancelation policy one month notice 90% refund
Two weeks notice 50% refund
one week notice 25% refund
less than one week notice NO REFUND

Student accommodation is more suited for mature age students who want a comfortable and quiet environment in an ideal location.

Visa Issue

Tourists to Syria usually get a 2 weeks visa on arrival . which means you have to 30 days to be able to stay in the country for longer period vista can be extended usually by 2 months . at a time for students

If you require a guide to accompany you for two days, the cost is 40 euro and includes;

-guided tour of the Old City
-we take you to the university for a pre-registration visit
-escort to medical test and results collection the following day

During the first few days of your stay at hostel we usually find a suitable accommodation .
we can assist you find a room or a flat or home stay with a family .

You tell us what you want and we match it with your specific requirements .
We have a number of reliable land lords and agents whom we work with very closely to insure that you get the accommodation that you need at a price to suit your budget .

in all honestly some of these apartments might be rented out (not available) therefor it is best that when you arrive we take you and show you WHAT IS AVAILABLE AT THE TIME
We have on hand :
Rooms with fan , rooms with AC , rooms with shared bathroom. All these available in the walled city . This area is very popular with foreign students . And easy transport to university on bus N.35 from Bab Sharqi 20-30 minutes away .

We have flats mid range price in Shaalan and Alsalheye price range for a 2 bedrooms flat per month 30,000 – 40,000 sp per month.

We have flats at budget price for a 2 bedrooms in Mohajreen price 15,000 – 25,000 sp per month.

Anywhere in Damascus you wish we can find you accommodation .
We ensure that you get every things that you agreed on with the land lord . We protect your rights . We follow up with your stay to ensure that every things is OK and if something goes wrong in your place will be fixed promptly.

One of fee 2000 sp paid to hostel we show you rooms/flats until you are fully satisfied. there is no refund for this fee .

we don’t have photos to put on the web because it is unethical to show you a room or a flat before you arrive which can be let anytime, so its pointless and misrepresentation, we show you what is available when you arrive, it does make more sense and logic, i trust you understand this important issue
