Dearest Raymond,

Again, thank you for a wonderful trip to Damascus and Beirut, meeting you guys and following your hints and advice really made the trip as memorable as it was for all of us.

Don’t know if any of the others have all ready told you, but we did not have to pay any exit-tax at the airport, so it seems you where right with regards to whether it was abolished or not.
